2. Product Disclaimer

Wanderer’s Candles are handcrafted for decorative and spiritual purposes. While they are infused with intention and designed to support emotional and spiritual well-being, they are not a substitute for professional medical treatment, mental health support, or therapy.

  • Crystal and aromatherapy properties are based on metaphysical beliefs and should not be interpreted as guaranteed results.
  • All candles are made with 100% soy wax, essential oils, and phthalate- and paraben-free fragrance oils.
  • Minor variations in color, scent, or appearance may occur due to the handmade nature of the products.

3. Safety and Usage

For your safety, please follow these guidelines when using Wanderer’s Candles:

  • Never leave a burning candle unattended.
  • Keep candles away from children, pets, and flammable objects.
  • Burn on a heat-resistant surface.
  • Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each use to prevent excess soot or flame size.
  • Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time.
  • Discontinue use when ½ inch of wax remains.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 5 – 10 business days.
  • Wanderer’s Candles is not responsible for delays or damages caused by third-party shipping carriers.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the handcrafted and custom nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a store credit.

  • To be eligible for a return or replacement, you must provide photographic proof of the damage.
  • Refunds are issued at the discretion of Wanderer’s Candles.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Wanderer’s Candles website, including logos, product descriptions, images, and designs, is the intellectual property of Wanderer’s Candles. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Wanderer’s Candles is not liable for:

  • Any injury, damage, or loss caused by improper candle use.
  • Allergic reactions to candle ingredients.
  • Spiritual or emotional outcomes related to the use of intention candles.
